We offer our guests clean and carefully designed rooms.
All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms.
All 3 suits are self catering.
All beds have lovely 200 percale cotton bedding, with anti-allergy duvets and pillows.
Quality white towels will be provided in the bathrooms.
The living-rooms are fitted with a full DSTV package.
Each bedroom is fitted with a wall mounted heater.
All rooms are NON SMOKING.

2 Bedrooms with one bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom
Fitted with a double bed in the one bedroom and a double bed plus a single bed in the other bedroom.
Additionally, each guest room comprises of:

Payment and Refund Policy
A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking being made to secure your accommodation, balance payable at time of arrival.
Any refund of deposits is at owner's discretion, but should a booking be cancelled within 4 days of booked time of arrival no refund will be made.
- No Smoking in rooms or cottages. (Offenders will be fined R1000 with NO EXCEPTIONS.)
- Dedicated smoking areas will be shown outside.
- Check out time is 10H00 on departure date, but with prior arrangement can be extended.
- The owners will accept no liability for any loss incurred by fire, theft or any natural causes.
- Children should be supervised by the river at all times.
- No diving into the river is allowed.
- Swimming in the river is at own risk.
- Guests are reminded to be considerate to other guests and to keep noise levels at a reasonable volume.
- No parties and extra guests, unless pre-arranged.
- Drunken behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Guests are reminded that it is their own responsibility to ensure that their valuables are secured. In each room closet you will find a small save; the keys are on the cottage keys.
- Lost keys and remotes will be charged for at R800 per set.
- Please be careful at the electric gate. The gate does NOT have sensors and close automatically after 5 minutes, but please close it as soon as possible.
