Refunds of Deposit and Payments - Unfortunately no refunds if guests do not turn up or cancel in less than 4 days.

Right of admission - the right of admission to InchCape Guesthouse and the right to terminate a reservation is reserved by InchCape Guesthouse. If InchCape Guesthouse applies the right to terminate a reservation, in full or in part, InchCape Guesthouse has the right to retain and/or to pay any part of the outstanding Total Reservation Value.

Reservation Confirmation - A reservation is only confirmed when payment has been received by InchCape Guesthouse

Amendments to Reservations - In the event that a confirmed reservation is amended in respect of the length of stay and/or type of accommodation and/or services and any subsequent amendments received prior to the date of arrival, InchCape Guesthouse reserves the right to revise any discounts quoted in the Reservation Confirmation and/or to cancel the reservation in total or in part and/or charge a cancellation fee.

Reservation Deposits - A deposit of 50% of the Total Reservation Value is required to confirm a booking. Proof of payment is to be forwarded via e-mail when making a booking to info@inchcape.co.za

Final Accounts - Payment of any outstanding accounts should to be paid by arrival.

Any refund of deposits is at owner's discretion, but should a booking be cancelled within 4 days of booked time of arrival no refund will be made.
 

• No Smoking in rooms or cottages.
• Offenders will be fined R1000 with NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Dedicated smoking areas will be shown outside.
• Check out time is 10H00 on departure date, but with prior arrangement can be extended.
• The owners will accept no liability for any loss incurred by fire, theft or any natural causes.
• Children should be supervised by the river at all times.
• Please be careful, never dive into the river.
• Guests are reminded to be considerate to other guests and to keep noise levels as low as possible.
• Drunken behaviour will not be tolerated at all.
• Guests are reminded that it is their own responsibility to ensure that their valuables are secured.  In each room closet you will find a small safe; the keys are on the cottage keys.
• Lost keys and remotes will be charged for at R800 per set.
• Please be careful at the electric gate. The gate does NOT have sensors and close automatically after 5 minutes, but please close it as soon as possible.
